HEAD SHOT_edited.jpg

My interest in counselling, personal development and therapy started over 30 years ago and was partially inspired by the help I received as a client.

I initially trained in body therapies such as holistic massage and some years later, I went on to study for a BACP Accredited Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling at the Wealden College of Counselling and Psychotherapy in Crowborough. The course gave me a solid grounding in client led counselling and covered Person Centred Counselling, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis.

Following many years at New Romney Counselling Services, and running a private practice in Kent, I now have a private practice in Hastings where I see clients of all ages with a variety of issues. Currently, I am only working online, although I hope to one day return to seeing clients in person.

Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked in the operational side of business and event management, as well as in creative industries (film, television and theatre) in both production and as a performer.

I enjoy working with a variety of clients, and, more recently, I have decided to develop specialist services, focussing on stress management and creativity coaching, as these are areas that I am particularly passionate about.
